A man with knives attacks Philadelphia police officers inside the city’s police headquarters.

According to authorities, the individual passed away as a result of his injuries.

According to The News God, a guy holding a knife walked into the 39th Police District building in Philadelphia and began attacking officers, causing responding officers to use deadly force to subdue the attacker and save themselves and their colleagues.

At approximately 9:30 a.m., after having been shot at least once, the man entered the building and died later that day in a local hospital.

According to The New God, a police officer was stabbed, although he did not sustain any serious injuries.

When the officer attempted to contact a civilian through a secure door in the operations room, the suspect retaliated by striking the officer.
