Former President Jerry John Rawlings has lashed out at Kufuor indicating that he (Kufuor) is walking as a free person because of our laws being relaxed and also tolerance on the part of Ghanaians.
Mr Rawlings described the Kufuor led administration to be the main cause of floods in our various cities anytime there is heavy rains.

“The Kufuor one, those Villagio villages and those things built in waterways…so if he can do it why can’t others do it…build their houses and factories on the southern side of the motorway where it blocks the waterway,” furious Rawlings quizzed last Thursday, when the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) paid a courtesy call on him.
But the Spokesperson for Kufuor Dr Kwabena Osei Adubofour rubbished claims by Mr Rawlings which according to him, the Kufuor led had a department that is in charge of granting permission to individuals and business entities to put whatever building. So he doesn’t see why Rawlings is attacking Kufuor instead of attacking such department.
He however asked Rawlings not to talk about integrity because he (Rawlings) has no integrity to criticize anyone.
“He [Rawlings] talks about integrity? You know that is like the pot calling the kettle black…He is the last person to talk about integrity,” Mr Kufuor’s spokesperson said in an interview.
In a tweet on Monday, Mr Rawlings said he has been advised to ignore the former President, John Kufour, because no matter how true what he says, it rather draws some sympathy for him.
