There have been reports of a prejudice-motivated crime taking place in the neighborhood of the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization in Portland.
An Oregon man was taken into custody earlier this month, according to the authorities, on the suspicion that he had posted Neo-Nazi propaganda outside of a Portland organization that supports refugees and immigrants.
Jarl Judson Rockhill, 35 years old and originally from West Linn, was taken into custody by Portland police as they were looking into an altercation that took place on April 24 at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization.
According to the police, an individual who has not been recognized affixed a neo-Nazi propaganda sticker to the fence that surrounded the property. Surveillance cameras took footage of the man and his vehicle as they passed in front of the cameras.
After Rockhill was recognized as the person responsible for the crime and put into jail by the authorities, a search warrant was executed on both his vehicle and his apartment. The investigation led to the discovery of evidence that connected Rockhill to the criminal activity.
