In a man’s apartment in Maryland who is charged with fatally shooting a gas station employee, a pregnant woman’s rotting body was discovered.
The Montgomery County Department of Police reported that 31-year-old Torrey Moore was detained and charged with a homicide that occurred Thursday around 3 p.m. at a Shell petrol station in Silver Spring.
An injured man was discovered by the responding police officers. Ayalew Wondimu, 61, a worker at the gas station, was recognized as the victim and was declared dead at the scene.
The police say that Moore went into the convenience store, picked out some items, and then walked up to the counter. This is what the preliminary results of the investigation show. A verbal fight between Moore and Wondimu started for unexplained reasons. Moore allegedly took a handgun out of his vest and shot it several times at Wondimu as the argument quickly turned into a fight.
