In what looks like a threat, the President Donald Trump has stated that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon.
His response came after Iran announced their decision to withdraw from the nuclear agreement signed in 2015. Iran’s local English daily, The Tehran Times reported the decision “From now on Iran will no longer commit to any limits on the level of uranium enrichment, stockpile of nuclear fuel and also nuclear research and development,”
In a late hour, Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif supported the withdrawal with a tweet “As 5th & final REMEDIAL step under paragraph 36 of JCPOA, there will no longer be any restriction on number of centrifuges,” Zarif wrote. “This step is within JCPOA & all 5 steps are reversible upon EFFECTIVE implementation of reciprocal obligations,” he added.
The withdrawal however didn’t go down well the American president Donald Trump. He responded with a Facebook post monitored by The News God which reads;
