According to the North Las Vegas Police Department, a Las Vegas woman has been charged with attempted murder as a result of an altercation at an In-N-Out drive-thru on April 30, according to the department.
Jessica DeFalco, 30, was captured the next morning at her apartment despite having fled the site of the accident. She was charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of battery with a deadly weapon, and fleeing the scene of an accident. According to jail records, she has been remanded to the Clark County Detention Center with a $100,000 bail set for her.
