Marie Rose Ayala, age 28, was taken into custody and booked on charges of manslaughter by culpable negligence, being a felon in possession of a pistol and ammunition, and violating the terms of her probation, according to the Authorities
He claimed that his two-year-old son used a loaded gun that had been left accessible in the bedroom to shoot his father, Reggie Mabry, who was 26 years old, in the back while he was playing video games in a corner of the room in the bedroom.
Even though the couple’s 5-year-old son witnessed the shooting, he told detectives that his 3-year-old sibling was the one who pulled the trigger, which led them to the conclusion that the shooting was an act of suicide.
