What did Tuchel say?
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the Chelsea Premier League clash with Leicester City, Thomas Tuchel said: “First of all they will come back because they are our players. When we give them on loan we do this for them but also for us to have better players, more experienced players back.
“They are our players and I want to have them in pre-season and then we decide what’s going on. It’s heavily linked to them, to how they integrate and what they do and what our ideas are for them, and what they want to reach.
“It’s heavily linked to our sanctions, the situation around the club. It is too early to predict the future for them given the role of the whole season but they will be back for pre-season, that’s for sure.”
Will Conor Gallagher and Armando Broja get an opportunity at Chelsea next season?
Both youngsters have impressed this season while on loan but the question remains if they will get the opportunity to showcase their talent with Chelsea expected to reinforce its squad during the summer.
Conor Gallagher has shown on several occasions this season at Crystal Palace that if given the chance he can perform at the highest level. with N’Golo Kante Chelsea career coming to an end Garragher can be a good backup for the French international and play in certain matches so that Kante is not overused as is evident this season where he seems to be tired in many games.
