The House of Representatives has approved a $40 billion aid package for Ukraine.

Currently, the law is on its way to the Senate, where it is expected to receive bipartisan approval.

It is anticipated that the House of Representatives will adopt an approximately $40 billion package to aid Ukraine in its conflict with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

This bill, which provides Ukraine with financial, military, and humanitarian assistance, received 368 favorable votes and one negative vote in the House of Representatives. There was no opposition to the bill from any Democratic legislator.

Even though President Biden had requested $33 billion from the chamber, the revised amount falls just short of that figure. The bill has bipartisan support in the Senate, which is encouraging.
