Paul Pelosi was granted his freedom early on Sunday morning after serving his time in jail.
Paul Pelosi, the husband of Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the House of Representatives, was taken into custody late Saturday night on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
When Paul Pelosi was apprehended in Napa County, California, at 11:44 p.m. on Saturday, he was suspected of both drivings under the influence of alcohol as well as operating a motor vehicle while inebriated.
The News God was the first media outlet to report the arrest.

According to the records maintained by the county, he was taken into custody by Napa County Sheriff’s officers at 4:13 a.m. on Sunday, and he was released at 7:26 a.m. on the same day.
