Police in Cartersville, Georgia, say that four males were taken into custody for stealing cooking oil in large quantities from multiple establishments.
The Cartersville Police Department reports that Carlos Laguna, 41, of Buford; Freddy Valencia Aguirre, 36, of Tucker; Luis Gaitan-Obando, 41, of DeKalb County; and Yunier Eliuth Aguirre-Polanco, 24, of Atlanta, are all accused of stealing cooking oil in quantity from many Cartersville eateries.
According to authorities, this is the result of a six-month investigation.
Similar thefts that have been reported around metro Atlanta may be the work of the culprits, according to the police.

The Portsmouth Herald stated that authorities had received information about the fisherman fishing off the coast of New Hampshire, close to New Castle and Rye, without releasing his catches from his boat.
