Omar Bojang, who is suspected of murdering Kyhara Tay and is only 11 years old, has been listed as the second person of interest.
In addition to being sought in connection with the murder of Kyhara Tay, who was 11 years old, the second suspect sought in New York City is also sought in connection with two other armed robberies that occurred one month before the Bronx assassination.
It is alleged that Omar Bojang, 18, and his passenger, who was 15 years old, opened fire at approximately 4:50 p.m. on May 16 on a certain Street heading in the direction of 165th Street, causing Tay’s death as he stood outside. The authorities said that the girl was not the original target of the attack. The passenger swings around and unleashes a barrage of bullets on the youngster, 13, who is fleeing away from them.
