Ten people ended up dying as a result of the incident, while another 13 were injured by gunfire.
According to authorities in the state of New York, a tweet put out by police on Saturday afternoon referenced a “mass shooting” that had taken place inside a grocery store in the city of Buffalo, New York.
Joseph Gramaglia, the Commissioner of the Buffalo Police Department, announced at a press conference that the shooting, which is being investigated as a possible hate crime, ended in the deaths of ten people after thirteen others were shot.
According to Gramaglia, the shooting was carried out by a White male teenager who was 18 years old and who live-streamed it on the internet.
