The pregnant woman was discovered by the police with a gunshot wound to the head, as reported by the authorities.

Even though a pregnant woman was shot and killed in Philadelphia, the medical professionals working in that city were able to save the unborn child that she was carrying.

At the intersection of Richmond Street and Wheatsheaf Lane, Philadelphia police officers discovered a woman who had been shot in the head and was suffering from the effects of her injury, as stated by the Philadelphia Police Department. Officers searched the area and located the woman.
