A rape victim alleges she was expelled from her Christian college for reporting the crime.

She requested that the DOE look into whether or not the school had engaged in Title IX discrimination against her, which the DOE agreed to do.

After a girl came forward to report that she had been raped and choked by a male classmate, the student claims that her Christian college in Tennessee penalized her.

Former student Mara Louk filed a lawsuit against Visible Music College on Wednesday, alleging that she was wrongfully accused of violating school rules by having premarital sex with her ex-boyfriend. Louk categorically denies having sexual relations with her ex-boyfriend.

Her account of events indicates that the now-former student was threatened with expulsion if she did not sign a confession and complete the remainder of her academic year through the internet.
