Reform of the Assembly is something that has been requested by the Working Families Party.

On Monday, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Democrat from New York, released a series of endorsements for far-left candidates in the New York State Assembly.

As a member of New York’s Working Families Party (WFP), Ocasio-Cortez has given her support to nine candidates running for office in the state. Quite a few of them are vying to unseat Democratic incumbents who are considered to be more moderate. In the Assembly, Democrats already have a commanding lead over Republicans.
