In response to a 911 call that was placed one week ago, law enforcement personnel were sent to the 1700 block of Maple Avenue in East Austin. The caller stated that she was a friend who had arrived at the scene to find her “bleeding and unconscious.” Wilson had what the officers described as “multiple gunshot wounds” when they found him when they arrived. It was determined by the investigators that Wilson had been shot when he was inside his home on Maple Avenue.
