Former President Donald Trump boarded his own jet in Newark, New Jersey, and flew to Miami, Florida, on Monday, in order to make an appearance in a federal court there.

He has been charged with 37 charges, including, among other things, lying and concealing evidence relating to matters of national security. He has been indicted. Authorities in Miami and at Trump’s resort at Mar-a-Lago are preparing for the possibility of protests taking place there.
This is the second trip that President Trump has made this year between the Northeast and Florida in connection with the criminal claims that have been leveled against him, and it entails making another court appearance. Additionally, he was required to appear in court on additional charges, so he made the trip from Florida to New York City at the beginning of April.
