According to officials in New York, a self-described white nationalist opened fire at a grocery store in Buffalo, New York, in the afternoon on Saturday. The shooting resulted in the deaths of ten individuals.
Two of the people who were shot and killed at Tops Friendly Market were people who were either member of the community or had family ties to the community, including a local food pantry cook and the mother of a former fire commissioner.
