The California DA declines to prosecute Mike Tyson for allegedly striking an aircraft passenger.

For a little moment, it appeared as though the legendary boxer and the passenger were getting along well.

Even though boxing superstar Mike Tyson was captured on camera allegedly striking an aircraft passenger in San Francisco, the California District Attorney decided not to press charges against the boxing legend.

On Tuesday, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said that the case had “now been regarded to be concluded.”

The Bronx shooting in broad daylight claimed the life of an 11-year-old New York City girl.
