Officials in California are now investigating the death of a three-year-old girl during a church exorcism.

The girl’s mother is said to have informed the authorities that she believed her daughter was possessed by a malevolent spirit because she would wake up in the middle of the night and scream and cry. This is according to the prosecuting attorneys.
