The deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office were able to save a child who was trapped inside his house. The child was 9 years old.
On Thursday evening, sheriff’s deputies in the Florida town of Seffner rescued a little child from a house that was on fire.
When officers from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a house that was completely engulfed in flames, they were met by neighbors who yelled at them, saying that a child was still inside the house even though it had been completely consumed by fire.
According to the sheriff’s department, deputies entered the house and broke a glass pane before discovering a child aged 9 years old inside the residence.
After urging a youngster to get as close to them as he could, Deputy Kevin Reich and Deputy Alexander Maldonado were able to save a boy who was hanging out of a window.
