Police detained the 81-year-old suspect following complaints from neighbors over a “quality of life” problem.
One day after being released from jail, an 81-year-old man who was jailed near Los Angeles on Thursday for harassing neighbors by calling himself a “serial slingshot shooter” passed away.
According to Azusa police, Prince Raymond King passed away at home on May 29 from natural causes after being released from jail on May 28. Heart disease was the official cause of death, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
When neighbors complained to police about King’s “quality of life,” claiming that he was smashing windows, windshields, and almost striking people with ball bearings, authorities were initially sent to King’s residence.
It was revealed by about a dozen locals that King had harassed the area for a decade.
