Mohammed Almaru, the 42-year-old father of Mia Maro, was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of her murder.
According to newly disclosed court documents, the teen who was found dead in her Chicago home on Sunday expressed concern that her father would “beat” and “kill” her in the days preceding the incident.
