A candidate for the U.S. House seat in New Mexico who is running on the Republican ticket announced a “significant ad buy” in the Albuquerque media market. The candidate contends that the Democratic Party, which was once supported by her “abuelos,” has abandoned the same values that Latinos hold when it comes to the open border and inflation.
“Our ad, ‘My Abuelos,’ truly goes back to the beginning for me,” Alexis Martinez Johnson, the Republican contender for Congress in New Mexico’s 3rd District, said in a statement that was acquired exclusively by the media. “My Abuelos” is the name of the campaign’s television advertisement. “It all started with my grandfather and grandmother in Roswell. Even though we didn’t have much, I was taught the importance of perseverance and taking responsibility for one’s actions from a young age. This motivated me to eventually earn a degree in environmental engineering from an institution of my choice. However, because of factors such as soaring inflation, a lack of border security, and rising gas prices, opportunities are currently more out of reach for New Mexicans than they have ever been.”
She continued by saying, “That’s not what my Democratic ancestors believed in.” “I am prepared to carry on with the task of my profession, which entails offering solutions that make sense.” The people of New Mexico are not in a better financial position now than they were two years ago. This is a substantial investment in advertising, and I cannot express how excited I am to keep spreading the great and conservative message that we have all around New Mexico. “
