Both Biden and Trump will need to tread carefully in Thursday night’s CNN Presidential Debate Simulcast on Fox News Channel, but not for the same reason.
At the CNN Presidential Debate Simulcast on the Fox News Channel on Thursday night, both former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden must win over a shrinking number of receptive voters in order to change the tide of a presidential rematch plagued by lawfare, allegations of disinformation, and growing international instability.
For different reasons, each of them is juggling a precarious balance. Trump will on the offensive in an attempt to win over traditional Democratic supporters who have been turned off by the disastrous policies of the Biden administration. He could win an election if even a tiny portion of members of established Democratic voting blocs defected.
Biden, for his part, will have to play defense, trying to show a degree of competence that is becoming more and more dubious while defending the indefensible. Luckily for Biden, the standards are low. It will be deemed a victory by the mainstream media as long as he doesn’t drool.
