Timothy Davis, age 38, is said to have gotten upset when he saw the two taking shots inside a convenience shop.
A guy from Maryland is in jail because he is accused of pulling a gun on two people taking selfies at a grocery store.
Around 5 p.m. Sunday, the Maryland State Police captured 38-year-old Timothy Davis after getting a report of a man with a gun at a grocery store on the unit block of Grand Drive in Taneytown, a city in Carroll County.
State police said in a news release that Davis got mad when two people in line at the store began taking selfies.
After they left the shop, he met them in the parking lot to talk.
One of the customers took a video of Davis pulling a gun out of his pocket as he walked toward them.
Then he shoves the gun in the face of the person filming before the video stops.
On Monday, police went to Davis’s home in Taneytown and jailed him. He was taken to the Carroll County Detention Center so the District Court Commissioner could see him.
Davis is accused of first- and second-degree attacks, bad behavior, using a gun, and putting others in danger without thinking.
During his arrest, the police found the gun in his home.
Neither of the two customers got hurt during the fight.
