Many places want official documents translated into English, German, or Arabic. But not just any translation. They want a certified translation that shows your papers are real, complete, and translated by a pro. That’s what we do. And we do it fast.

What a Certified Translation Really Means

This isn’t just a regular translation. A certified translation is a translation of your official papers into any language with proof that the translator is qualified and that the translation is complete and correct. It includes a signature, a date, and a stamp. We also write a note that clearly states the original and translation languages.

So when someone at an office, school, or company says, “We need this in English, German, any language, and certified,” it means they really need something authoritative and professional.

What’s the Difference Between Certified and Notarized Translations?

People confuse certified translations with notarized ones, but they are different.

A certified translation is about the translation itself. It means the translator promises the words are correct. We included our name and signed a statement saying the job was done right.

A notarized translation, though, is about identity. A notary is someone the government approves to watch and confirm that someone signs a document. When a translation is notarized, it means a notary sees the translator sign the certificate.

Some offices ask for both, while others just need it certified. Don’t worry if you’re not sure. Just message us, and we’ll help you figure it out.

When You Might Need a Certified Translation

Many people don’t realize they need a certified translation until they hit “submit” on an application and it gets rejected. Avoid the delay — if your documents are in a language other than English, and you’re sending them to a U.S. office, there’s a good chance you’ll need a certified version.

Here are a few typical cases:

  • Suppose you’re applying for immigration or a visa in the U.S.. In that case, USCIS (the immigration office) will ask for certified English translations of all foreign documents, including birth certificates, marriage licenses, police records, and more.
  • If you’re applying to a college or university, they may ask you to translate your school records or diplomas. Again, certified translations are often required.
  • If you’re involved in a legal case, a court may request certified translations of legal forms or personal records.
  • Certified translations are usually needed to complete medical paperwork, adoption, or real estate deals involving foreign documents.

So, if your document isn’t in the language you need and is going to an official place, it probably needs to be certified.

How You Can Order a Certified Translation

You don’t need to call or mail anything. We do everything online, and the process is quick and simple.

  1. First, take a clear photo or scan of your document. Then, upload it to our website.
  2. Next, tell us the original language and that you want it translated into English. We handle U.S. or U.K. English — just let us know what you need.
  3. After that, choose a certified translation. If someone told you the document also needs notarization, you can ask for that, too.

Once it’s ready, we send you the finished PDF. It comes signed, stamped, and dated. You can download it immediately or ask us to mail a printed copy if needed.

Most translations are completed in 24 hours. If the task is urgent, we can speed it up even more.

What Languages We Translate

People come to us with all kinds of documents in many different languages. We work with over 60 languages, and we’re adding more constantly.

The most common ones are Russian, Ukrainian, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Greek, Hindi, and Korean. But that’s not the complete list. If your document is in a less familiar language, just ask us. We probably do it.

We translate all of these into clear, official English, ready for use in the U.S. or U.K. You don’t need to worry about quality — we only use professional translators who know the rules.

Why People Trust Rapid Translate

Our team is real. If you have questions, we’re happy to talk. There are no bots, no hold music, just people who want to help.

  • We’ve done thousands of certified translations. We know what U.S. offices want, and we follow every rule. That’s why we can offer a 100% acceptance guarantee with places like USCIS.
  • Our translators are professionals. They know grammar, yes, but they also learn how to format documents according to officials’ expectations.
  • We work fast. Most of the time, your document is ready the next day. We also keep everything private and secure. Your files are safe with us.

Let’s Cooperate!

It’s easy. Go to rapidtranslate.org, upload your file, and pick the certified translation. We’ll take care of the rest. Your document will be done fast, correct, and ready to use. No confusion and no delays.
