Dear All,
Let the world know, the Sun is about to shine on all student Nurses and Midwives in Ghana.
There is a new name, A new face and A new person to put smiles on the faces of membership of GNMTA.
Nimoh Jesus is a level 300 student of S.D.A Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kwadaso. A GNMTA National Public Relations Officer (PRO) Hopeful.
Seeking to be elected on the 29th National GNMTA Delegates Congress scheduled on the 20th to 23rd of February, 2020.
These are my Strategic objectives for GNMTA when given the opportunity to serve as the National Public Relation Officer (PRO).
1.ENSURING EFFICIENT DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION:
Well streamed information will be shared across highly rated websites in Ghana and beyond.
There will always be a live broadcast on facebook, youtube and other social media platforms to release any Press info by GNMTA before softcopies are distributed to members.
There will be a periodic forum dubbed GNMTA MEET THE STUDENTS to address issues related to the student nurses and midwives.
There will also be GNMTA meet the Press annually.
2. INTRODUCTION OF GNMTA MAGAZINE:
This magazine will feature news and latest hints on various campuses.
The Local SRC week activities of various institution will be captured.
Exclusive interviews and articles will also be promoted in the magazine.
With much focus on achievements by Local GNMTA executives to promulgated their good works. Periodic feature on selected Topic for the Month write ups will be recieved and revised to be published.
News from all the stakeholders of GNMTA will be featured.
3.SETTING UP A COMMUNICATION TEAM
To enhance the smooth transmission of information:
All Zonal Public Relation Officers
All Local Public Relation Officers will be brought to a common platform to make dissemination of information more easily and prompt.
4.LUNCHING AN INITIATIAVE TO STRENGTHEN AND PROMOTE GNMTA: Health tips and inspirational talks will be shared by members.
Breaking news and current health topics will be discussed.
Health quotes will also be shared.
All of this will be done on all GNMTA social media handles with the Hashtag #GNMTAToTheWorld.
5.ADVOCACY TO ENSURE EFFICIENT WAY OF ADDRESSING CONCERNS OF MEMBERS:
Timely payment of the allowance with arrears also been paid.
The concerns and challenges of members that needs attention from the government will be channeled for appropriate measures to take place.
This and many more will Nimoh Jesus bring onboard to help make GNMTA a force to reckon among student bodies in the country.
