The transgender child had expressed a desire to participate in male-dominated activities and to be referred to as a “man” rather than a “girl” in all contexts.
An earlier ruling states that a transgender child in Indiana has the legal right to use the restroom that is designated for males. This ruling will not be overturned, according to a federal judge.
