Huff assaulted a Pennsylvania police when he tried to resist arrest at his polling station in Pennsylvania.
According to the reports, a guy was arrested and charged with aggravated assault as well as other offenses for allegedly interrupting the voting process at his polling station in Pennsylvania during the primary election.
David Huff, 57 years old, is accused of beginning to yell at other voters at a polling site in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, after he had already cast his ballot there. He also began photographing those individuals. In addition to allegedly harassing poll workers at the location, Huff also disobeyed an order from the police to depart even though he was told to do so.
Because Huff was taken into custody, the voting had to be put on hold for a brief while at the polling location.
It is alleged that Huff resisted arrest and caused wrist injuries to a law enforcement officer during the struggle that ensued. Huff is claimed to have attempted to hit law enforcement personnel with his left arm while he was being taken into custody.
