Biden’s resignation is being demanded by Democrats. Republicans continue to overlook Trump’s track record of failure.
The presidential debate on Thursday night was a complete disaster, to put it politely. Even though it’s been over a week, I can’t stop thinking about the trash fire that it was tuned into and the implications for young voters.
As it is, I don’t have high expectations for arguments. Every discussion I’ve previously seen has left me feeling let down. Usually, everyone declares victory. That was not the case on Thursday.
The discussion on Thursday night raised questions about President Joe Biden’s mental state. Members of his own party are now urging him to withdraw from the race because it was so awful. Additionally, it provided former President Donald Trump with a forum to spread lies devoid of the assistance of an instant fact-check.
I felt powerless after the debate as a voter from Generation Z. I was dissatisfied with Biden’s responses and concerned about his mental state. I am concerned about the status of the nation if Trump wins the president again because of his false statements about abortion and his divisive remarks about immigrants. These two candidates are not excellent.
