According to FOX 32 Chicago, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department said the unnamed girlfriend was left with critical injuries after Myron Faith Bowie allegedly threatened to kill her, her children, and their entire family at 4:47 a.m. on Sunday morning before setting fire to her at a home in Salem Lakes. Bowie allegedly threatened to kill the girlfriend, her children, and their entire family during the incident.
The victim was reportedly in critical condition when they arrived at the hospital to get treatment, as stated in the report. They inflicted severe burns on her.
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department has issued a felony arrest warrant for Bowie, who they believe to be armed and dangerous. The warrant was filed with the Kenosha County Circuit Court. In addition, they said that “the safety and security of our community is the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department’s top priority, and everything will be done to ensure this.”
