According to the police, a child from New York City was hit by a car and then ran away from the scene, causing them to take them to the hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities have stated that the New York City Police Department is currently hunting for a driver who can be seen in a frightening video striking a 12-year-old girl, sending her flying, and then fleeing the scene.
The New York City police department stated that the girl, who was 12 years old at the time of the accident, did not sustain life-threatening injuries as a result of the Sunday afternoon crash. The incident took place at approximately 4:25 p.m. on a street in the Bronx, and investigators say the child was crossing the road when she was struck by a BMW vehicle.
