Alabamans who were unsuccessful in evading capture After 11 days on the run, Vicky White and her brother Casey White were at last apprehended by law officials.
According to the court documents, prisoner Casey White was charged with federal weapons violations after he fled from an Alabama county jail with a correction officer and was later found in Indiana.
According to the records filed in the case, a federal grand jury in Indiana has indicted White on charges of possessing a handgun while on the run and possessing a firearm while serving a sentence for a felony. On Thursday, The News God did not respond to the request for a statement that was made regarding White’s attorney.
White was also accused earlier this month in connection with the slaying of a fleeing jail guard for an unrelated incident. In the most recent indictment, he is accused of unlawfully having several firearms, including five different rifles, one of which is a rifle in the pattern of an AR-15.
The offender, who was 38 years old, was given a sentence of 75 years in prison for a variety of offenses that he committed in 2015, including carjacking, home invasion, and leading police on a pursuit. Since his conviction for the murder of Connie Ridgeway in 2015, he has been incarcerated at the William E. Donaldson Correctional Facility in Bessemer.
