On September 13, a court of appeals will hear arguments on the vaccine requirement that was imposed on federal employees by the administration of Joe Biden.

Despite recent recommendations made by the CDC for both vaccinated and unvaccinated persons, the administration of President Biden is continuing to pursue lawsuits to impose a mandate that government workers be vaccinated.

On September 13, a full panel of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will hear the case of Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden. Following the filing of a case in Texas in December of the previous year, a federal trial court imposed an injunction that prevents the federal government from enforcing its vaccine mandate for civilian employees.

The administration of President Biden is continuing to pursue lawsuits to compel the vaccination of government employees notwithstanding the release of new CDC recommendations that apply equally to those who have been vaccinated and those who have not.
