YNW BSlime began making music in early to mid-2018, appearing on multiple tracks with YNW Melly, YNW Sakchaser, and YNW Juvy; he remembers freestyling during seventh-grade lunch. During middle school vacation, his brother YNW Melly threatened to cease paying for YNW BSlime’s Fortnite V-Bucks if he did not accompany him to a recording studio, which motivated him to begin recording.
Yung Bans invited YNW BSlime to perform his sibling YNW Melly’s song “Murder on My Mind” during the 2019 Rolling Loud Miami Festival in May. In July of 2019, YNW BSlime released his debut single, “Hot Sauce,” produced by DJ Chose. In November 2019, he issued his album Baby Goat, featuring American rappers Lil Tjay and YNW Melly. In November 2020, he published the single “Nightmares” alongside American rapper Trippie Redd and a music video.
