Many times, people go through rough phases in their life, and it’s a part of life which cannot be escaped. Rough phases can be the result of distress in your personal or professional life, and if not paid enough attention, then these issues can take a major form. Moreover, every person is different, and their way of reacting to life situations is also different. Some people are able to handle off situations easily, while others find it difficult to cope and they take a lot of time. However, in order to recover from such feelings, it is essential to know what is affecting you, and what is the cause for it. This simply means determining the factor that has gone wrong in your life, and then working towards making it better.   1. Feeling of loss and grief

The feeling of being alone can be felt in a relationship, in friendships or when you are surrounded by people. However, such feelings are temporary and everyone go through them at some point in their life, but if you notice that you are continuously feeling the same emotions, and it is hurting you even more then it’s time to take right steps to avoid being mentally drained. Poor sleeping schedule is another cause for mental health damage. Often it is observed that people who go through poor mental state sleeps for longer, and spend most of their day by sleeping, which can give birth to many physical problems as well. For this reason, a good night sleep is essential for both physical and mental wellbeing. Besides, people who struggle to sleep on time, go through major mental health issues in the long-run. As this can impact the productivity and performance, and can hinder growth. Moreover, poor sleep schedule can lead to poor lifestyle and it can also impact you’re eating habits, like eating unhealthy and not eating on time. Thus, this it is essential to fix sleep schedule to treat and prevent mental health issues. Getting a sound sleep is the biggest challenge while experiencing anxiety or stress, but if you are able to fix it then you can very easily get over mental health issues.
