Osimhen started playing professionally in Germany for VfL Wolfsburg in 2017. After a season and a half, he went on loan to Charleroi, a Belgian team, in 2018-19. He then moved to France to play for Lille, where he made his European football debut in the 2019–20 UEFA Champions League.
