Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster is on the verge of completing a permanent move to Sheffield United in a deal worth up to £23.5m.
Liverpool will keep a 15 percent sell-on clause for the 20-year-old and a buy-back clause valid for the next three years.
Brewster is undergoing a medical in Yorkshire on Friday and will then complete terms ahead of signing for Chris Wilder’s side, although it is unclear whether he will be available for this weekend’s game at Arsenal.
Crystal Palace and Aston Villa had also expressed an interest in signing Brewster in the past weeks.
Sheffield United are yet to score in the Premier League after their opening three games of the season, while Brewster recorded ten goals in a six-month loan spell at Swansea in the second part of last season.
