According to the Chicago Police Department, there were not any arrests made in the city of Chicago.
According to the videos that have been shared on social media, what appears to be massive numbers of children and young people have taken control of the streets of Chicago on Wednesday night.
Large groups of young people, including teens, were caught racing around the streets and even jumping on top of moving vehicles in the videos. From what I could tell, everything was taking place in the northern part of the downtown area of the city. When a video of the chaos was caught just a few blocks from the mansion of Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, police reportedly brought up snow plows to guard the area. This information was provided by CWB Chicago.
