Tagir Sitdekov (12/6/76) is an economist by education. In 2001, he graduated from the Plekhanov Academy (known as the Plekhanov University of Economics since 2010), the country’s largest specialized school. Its training program combines hands-on economic and managerial training.
Sitdekov Tagir continued developing his professional qualifications at University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a major foreign educational institution specializing in the training of highly qualified personnel for business management. The university is the world leader for the number of Nobel Prizes in Economics. Upon completion of his studies, Tagir Sitdekov was awarded an MBA for senior managers.

With the top manager’s help, the Medsi medical holding significantly expanded its regional network. Over the course of two years, it grew to 132 clinics through the acquisition of a number of commercial healthcare centers in Ufa, Perm, and Volgograd and the opening of new medical centers in Bryansk and Nizhnevartovsk. By the end of 2021, the company’s revenues had increased by more than 20%, exceeding 30 billion rubles, and the number of visits increased by a quarter, up to 1.1 million patients.
