This week, one of the three court proceedings against alleged killer Brian Walshe was dismissed.
Walshe was expected to stand trial in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in probate court for allegedly shredding his father’s will and taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from his inheritance.
The matter, however, was dropped on Monday “at both parties’ request,” according to court documents.
Walshe’s family, who started the legal action in December 2018, said they didn’t want to pour further money into the lawsuit since they don’t think they’ll be able to recoup the money even if they win, according to local news station WCVB 5.
