By the end of September, Hannity predicts Hunter will likely face charges.
Sean Hannity, a host on Fox News, talks about the latest news in the Hunter Biden case. He also says that the House’s investigation into President Biden is an even “more serious” investigation.
Hannity Sean: David Weiss is looking for at least one gun charge to be brought against Hunter. But don’t get me wrong; let me be apparent immediately. This is not something to be happy about. Don’t do it because you don’t want to see anyone get arrested or go through hard times. But saying that justice is blind isn’t even a step in the right direction. Hunter is facing charges because David Weiss was caught giving Hunter Biden a get-out-of-jail-free card in the form of the sweetest love deal in history. No jail time, no significant charges, a light slap on the wrist, and complete immunity hidden deep in the plea deal. Trying to get that past the judge. And don’t forget that the original plan was for no fees, but the IRS leaks made that plan useless and impossible.
Now, it’s also essential that we’ve learned from IRS and FBI “whistleblowers” that Weiss and others slowed down the investigation into Hunter Biden on purpose for years and that Weiss, as you all know because we’ve told you, let the statute of limitations run out on severe tax crimes, especially those involving money from Burisma, for a lot of essential years. These are crimes. Do you think that anyone with the last name Trump would ever be treated this way? I don’t believe that.
In the four and a half years they looked into it, they never even talked to Hunter Biden. After the whole Biden family found out about the FBI, there was no investigation, no interview with Hunter, and no more questioning. So, here we are. David Weiss, who is now the special counsel, is the worst lawyer in the world, or everything that happened was done on purpose. I think the second is true.
So, David Weiss came up with plan B, which included protection, the next best thing. No actual charges or jail time. Everything went as planned until that Delaware federal judge started asking essential questions that changed everything. I thought the best person to ask was the prosecution. Have you ever seen a transfer deal where the part about guns is so broad that it includes crimes and other cases? They tried to hide the protection in the amount of the plea deal that had to do with guns. No, your Honor, the prosecutor had to say. Now, the judge and the defense have said no to the deal. The judge did the right thing because she hadn’t seen that deal until that morning, and it had never been given to anyone else. Also, the defense wanted a free pass out of jail without protection.
