The Republican National Committee is developing a website devoted to fact-checking the president in real time as President Biden is expected to officially announce his quest for reelection.
FactcheckBiden.com is supposed to become the president’s “least favorite website,” according to the RNC.
“Biden has not only caused numerous crises, but he also embellishes the harm he has caused to our nation. Biden and his administration won’t accept the truth, whether they’re asserting that the border is safe, our economy is robust, or that the disastrous departure from Afghanistan was a success, according to a statement from RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.
The American people will be held accountable for Biden’s lies in November 2024, according to the RNC.
The website is an extension of RNC Research and Rapid Response and debuts on Monday. Fact Check Biden, according to the RNC, will release fact checks to the public and media “as Biden lies.”
The RNC issued a statement saying that “Fact Check Biden will be integral in holding Biden accountable during his public remarks, both during the campaign and official events.”
The 80-year-old Biden is widely anticipated to launch his campaign this week for a second term as president. On Tuesday, which would be the fourth anniversary of the beginning of his 2020 campaign, the president and his team plan to make the news via a campaign video.
Months of rumors have surrounded whether Biden will run for re-election; his campaign has simply stated that he “intends to run,” with no additional affirmative pronouncements.
However, he had stated that he would make a declaration about his probable candidacy “relatively soon.”
