After the decision of the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, religious leaders reacted by calling the decision an “extraordinary answer to prayers.”

The decision that Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey were both unconstitutional was handed down by the Supreme Court of the United States on June 24, 2022.

As a direct result of the verdict that was handed down on Friday, each state will now have the authority to establish its abortion legislation. Roe v. Wade, the seminal case that decided the legality of abortion across the United States nearly half a century ago, made it possible for women to obtain an abortion during the first two trimesters of pregnancy

In response to this event, numerous individuals and organizations have articulated deep convictions regarding their religious beliefs.
