Police in New York are searching for the shooter who opened fire on a Brooklyn street Saturday afternoon, killing one person and wounding three others.
Around 1:45 p.m., the victims were at an apartment building on East 45th Street near Snyder Avenue in East Flatbush when the shooter began firing, according to police.
Three of the four victims were on the site when first responders arrived.
A shot to the face struck Brooklyn resident Emmanuel Soray, 39. He was taken to a hospital and later declared dead there.
A 40-year-old man who was shot in the leg was last seen in stable condition at a local hospital.
The third victim was a 27-year-old lady who had been shot in the torso and was last known to be in critical condition at the hospital.
A 33-year-old lady was shot in the arm and buttocks as the fourth victim. She was transported privately to an Elizabeth, New Jersey, hospital.
The New York Police Department has not released a suspect description or made any arrests to date.
Authorities could not specify whether all of the victims were there at the same time as the shootings or if the perpetrator targeted them particularly.
