On Thursday, former Vice President Mike Pence will travel to Albania to meet with Iranian opposition figures who have been exiled there. During his time there, he is going to give a policy speech to those who are working for a democratic and secular Iran, and he is going to meet with the victims of the regime in Tehran.
Pence is currently on a visit to the headquarters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, which is an umbrella body for a variety of dissident groups in Iran that are in opposition to the regime there. This organization has gotten support from several people who served during the administration of Donald Trump, including Mike Pompeo, who was formerly in the position of Secretary of State.
