Victor Antonio Reed, age 26, has been charged of a number of offenses, some of which include armed robbery, rape, and theft. Reed is also suspected of impersonating a law enforcement official.
A guy who allegedly purported to work for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Maryland is accused of sexually abusing a woman after threatening her with deportation and a pistol.
In connection with the incident, Victor Antonio Reed, age 26, has been charged with eleven offences, including armed robbery, theft, impersonating a police officer, and two charges of rape in the first and second degrees. He is now in the custody of the Corrections Division.
The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit received a complaint of a rape that occurred in the 5400 block of Saint Barnabas Road in Oxon Hill at around 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday. This information was provided by the victim.
