A Maryland woman requested answers from police and the facility where her 7-year-old daughter was cared for when she returned home with substantial bruises on both arms.
Niya Jones told FOX 5 that she brings her child to the childcare facility where she works in District Heights, Maryland.
On Thursday, August 17, she picked up her daughter and found the bruises and scrapes on her arms when her daughter winced while trying to put on a seatbelt.
